Wet O’ Wild is the newest water park of this city and one of the best as well. The best part about this park is the presence of an artificial beach along with many thrilling rides and arrangement for rain dance under a dome that gives the natural rain effect. There is also a waterfall.

Rabindra Setu-Howrah Bridge

Vidyasagar Setu-Second Hooghly Bridge
This is yet another bridge on the river Ganges that connects Kolkata with its twin city named Howrah. It is a cable-stayed bridge and the longest of its kinds in India and one of the longest in the entire continent of Asia.
Victoria Memorial was built by Lord Curzon in memory of the Indian Empress Queen Victoria after she died in 1901. It was first opened for the public in the year 1921 was designed by William Emerson and the architectural costs were around 10.5 million. It is the largest museum in Asia and the oldest one in Asia-Pacific region. It has the largest collection of Indian natural history and Indian Art. The dinosaur and meteorite hall inside the Geology section is a must-see. The Government Art College and the headquarters of Anthropological Survey of India are in the same building. The museum has a library consisting of books which are of high historical value.
National Library of India
The National library is located in Alipore and is one of the leading public library. It was inaugurated in 1836 by the Governor General. The main source of books was through public donation and monetary donation by proprietors. It was initially a partial public library and its main was to collect and record all the books about India at one single place.
Academy of Fine arts
This is one of the finest art societies in the country and also one of the oldest. There is a lot to see here for the art lovers as there is unique collection of art made by Rabindranath Tagore and Jamini Roy. There are various other exhibits as well.
This is one of the largest in the world and the largest in South-east Asia. The astronomical shows and a mini-tour of Kolkata are the specialties of this place.
Movies and theatres
Kolkata theatre has always been in the limelight since time immemorial. It is home to some of the most famous artists of the country starting from poets and theatre personalities to singers and film artists.
